Chimichurri is a cold condiment (relish) developed in Argentina that's great on anything grilled: Meat, poultry, fish or vegetables. Or you can even serve is as a dip with plantain chips! Our "chimi" is all natural: Made with 100% olive oil -- no canola oil, palm oil or other less expensive alternatives -- plus red wine vinegar, parsley, red onions, garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes and a hint of salt: That's it, nothing else. Vegans love it on grilled veggies and our "Paleo" friends love to jazz up their steaks, too. No gluten ingredients.
